SENSORY NOTES Pacina's Donesco is a fresh, lively and pulpy red wine. Juicy and tasty, it makes room in the mouth, agile and sinuous, showing its nervous and crunchy nature. A naked and raw Sangiovese, a combination of rusticity and elegance, between finesse and exuberance. Perfect with hams, sausages and pecorino cheeses.
SENSORY NOTES SOIL The vineyards lie on five main geological formations: Macigno del Chianti (sandstone), Scaglia Toscana (galestro), Monte Morello (alberese), Marine deposits (sandy deposits with clay in depth) and Ancient river terrace (silty deposits with presence of clay). SEASONAL TREND 2022 was a year to remember for the extreme climatic conditions: the absence of rain throughout the summer and the scattered hailstorms that affected some vineyards in early July interfered with the normal physiological process of the plants and also risked compromising the harvest. Fortunately, the rains at the end of August rebalanced the physiological state of the vineyards, allowing the harvest of healthy and well-ripe grapes.
SENSORY NOTES Intense ruby red color, with a sweet, ample aroma with notes of blackberry and blueberry, a soft, voluminous flavor, with sweet tannin and a fruity aftertaste. Excellent throughout the meal, it goes well with stuffed pasta, meat sauce-based dishes, light main courses.
SENSORY NOTES Rosso di Montalcino is harmonious, elegant, savory, not demanding but a pleasant pairing. Rosso di Montalcino is brilliant and clear in appearance, with a composite ruby colour; to the sense of smell it has good intensity and fragrance, aromas of fresh fruit are recognisable. Upon tasting, the wine is harmoniously dry, has strength and freshness with good aromatic persistence. It is a particularly persuasive ready-to-drink wine. It should not be kept for long, the wine prefers to be drunk at a young age even if it resists aging well. PAIRINGS Its characteristics are enhanced by the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine with a frank and decisive taste but, equally, it can accompany and enhance the most diverse proposals of international cuisine. It goes well with medium-structured dishes, such as pasta first courses with meat, poultry, mushroom or truffle sauce, composite risottos; second courses prepared with sauced pork or veal.
SENSORY NOTES At sight the wine has an intense ruby red color. Very intense bouquet, aromas of ripe fruit almost candied, predominantly morello cherry and wild blackberry, floral with hints of violets and anemones, but there is also the spicy part of cinnamon and cloves, fascinating also the toasted note of tobacco and oak. On the palate it is enveloping, warm and of great structure, without neglecting a good freshness. The silky and smooth tannin is elegant, delicate, certainly harmonious and contributes with a touch of acidity to make this wine intense and at the same time pleasant to drink. PAIRINGS Ideal pairing with baked lamb, mixed roast meat, horse ragout, cold cuts and long-aged cheeses.

SENSORY NOTES: Intense forest fragrances with hints of spice and vanilla, to the taste, greasy and balanced, it has a fragrant, savory and persistent finish. The Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva comes from a selection of Sangiovese grapes from two different areas: the Corno and a ridge called Selvale. The vineyards have an age ranging from 12 to 20 years and are located at 350 and 400 meters above sea level. The exposure varies from South-East to South-West, thus favoring the sun. The composition of the soils is quite diversified: there are limestone, alberese and galestro clays, which make the peculiarities of each vineyard unique. The final result is a wine with an extreme complexity of aromas. PAIRINGS Ideal to serve with red meats or game. We recommend pairing it with hard and aged cheeses

SENSORY NOTES Intense and persistent with notes of red berry fruit and hints of spices and vanilla with a persistent and balanced taste, it presents a fresh and pleasantly savory finish. The Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione “Vigna Il Corno” is the fruit of the best Sangiovese grapes, coming from a single vineyard located in the area called “Il Corno”, about 400 meters above sea level, with a southern exposure. The soil is clayey-calcareous and rich in skeleton. The age of the vine is 25 years. The particular attention in the various stages of vineyard processing and the low production yield favor a perfect ripening of the bunch, thus contributing to enhance the quality and depth of our wine. PAIRING It is recommended to be consumed with main courses of red meats, game or braised meats. Try it in combination with hard and long-aged cheeses
SENSORY NOTES The Traluna Rosso di Toscana from the Tuscan wine region is presented in a bright crimson glass. Slightly angled, the Bordeaux glass reveals a charming purple tone at the edges. The nose shows this red wine from Villa Trasqua all kinds of quinces, blackberries, blueberries, apples and mulberries. It is a real quality wine that clearly stands out from the simpler qualities and therefore this Italian naturally enchants with the best balance in every dryness. Excellent taste doesn't necessarily need sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced red wine is wonderfully silky and velvety. Traluna Rosso di Toscana is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its current fruity acid. In the finish, this red wine from the wine region finally inspires Tuscany with a remarkable length. Again, there are hints of mulberry and blueberry. SENSORY NOTES Poliziano's Nobile di Montepulciano is one of those wines that perfectly represent the territory from which they originate. A wine capable of enhancing the soul of its land and of telling the world about the importance and beauty of these territories. We are on the hills of the Valdichiana, in the province of Siena. On the nose the bouquet is intense, fine, with hints of red and violet fruit and a robust body. The flavor is dry and slightly tannic. Poliziano's Nobile di Montepulciano is a structured and long-lived red wine, with intense aromas ranging from floral notes to plum, blackberry, then giving us a finish of cinchona and tobacco that faithfully represents the aging in barrique for 14-16 months. It comes from a blend of Prugnolo Gentile, to which Poliziano adds Colorino, Canaiolo and Merlot in variable parts according to the vintage. A blend that guarantees the typical balance and the characteristic softness of Tuscan wines. PAIRINGS It goes perfectly with savory main courses and aged cheeses
SENSORY NOTES A fine red wine from the Banfi winery is Traversa dei Monti Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, it is characterized by its intensity and great structure. It is made with traditional Chianti varieties with a prevalence of Sangiovese, coming from the vineyards of the Montalcino estate. The soils are rich in calcium and clay, qualities that give particular complexity to the wine. The climate is windy and temperate, this allows the vine to grow optimally. The harvest takes place between the last week of August and the first of September, the period in which the grapes have reached the ideal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, and is then transferred to wooden barrels for aging. Traversa dei Monti Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG is a refined product ready to be tasted, however its great qualities allow it to evolve more if left to refine a few more years in the cellar.
