This is followed by careful pressing, the natural precipitation of sediments and fermentation at a controlled temperature. All this enhances the unique organoleptic characteristics of this wine. The basis of the elegant Riesling By the Glass from the Mosel is made up of grapes from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions on the Mosel. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into the limestone and slate soils. At the time of optimum ripeness, the grapes for Riesling by the glass are harvested exclusively by hand, without the aid of coarse and less selective harvesters. After manual harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the cellar. Here they are carefully selected and pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, Riesling By the Glass can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.

Il Calzo della Vignia by Viticoltori Isola del Giglio is born in the Finocchio and Gronco vineyards of the beautiful Tuscan island, caressed by winds that smell of the sea and characterized by loose soils of granite origin. It is a wine that perfectly reflects the originality and passion that are at the base of this winemaking project. It is produced entirely with Ansonica grapes, harvested and selected manually from the two vineyards at the beginning of September. In the cellar the grapes are left to ferment and macerate on the skins for about 8 weeks. Afterwards, the wine is transferred to French wooden barriques where it matures for 6 months. It is then refined in the bottle. Il Calzo della Vignia has a golden color, slightly cloudy due to the lack of filtering. On the nose it releases a unique olfactory complexity, with notes of white flowers that delicately blend with hints of peach, mango and pineapple. This inebriating scent distantly recalls the fragrances of French Sauternes or Canadian Ice wines. On the palate it is a wine of great elegance, with fruity sensations beautifully accompanied by a good minerality, characteristic of the terroir to which it belongs. The harvest takes place in the first ten days of September, the fermentation takes place in steel containers at a controlled temperature, the wine matures, again in steel and on fine lees for six months and then two months in the bottle, assuming an alcohol content of 14%. The wine we produce is a skilful blend of Fiano, Greco and Falanghina, balanced, clear yellow in color, with a strong flavor and slight scents of aromatic herbs, the taste includes sensations of freshness and minerality with hints of peach and citrus.
A fragrant white wine produced from Falanghina and Biancolella grapes heroically harvested from the coastal terraces at 200/550 m above sea level in the plots of Furore and neighboring municipalities. Description The Biancolella from the Cenatiempo winery is a white wine with a Mediterranean character, young and fresh, obtained from pure Biancolella grapes, a native white grape variety of the island of Ischia. The vineyards, located in the municipalities of Ischia, Serrara Fontana, Forio and Barano have different exposures and altitudes ranging from 50 to 300 meters above sea level. On the island the soils are predominantly not very fertile and of volcanic origin. The winery, owned by Pasquale Cenatiempo, is managed following the principles of biodynamic agriculture, using preparations, green manures and spontaneous grassing techniques that preserve the fertility of the soil.

It reflects hot days very well with the contrast of cold nights, in which it benefits from the currents arriving from adjacent woods.

In this case we are sixty meters above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing of whole grapes complete with stem. After cold static decantation, the wine ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature (15/16 degrees) for approximately two weeks. This is followed by maturation on the yeasts for approximately two months. The label now shows a more adult phase: Nazzareno and Cipriana perform a dance that symbolizes unconditional adherence to their love. This is the time of projects, of marriage, of children; a time of consolidation, promises and devotion.

The Bolgheri Rosso from the Caccia al Palazzo line of Tenuta Di Vaira is born in vineyards located in the Livorno municipality of Castagneto Carducci, in the heart of the magical Bolgheri terroir. It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature, with prolonged maceration in contact with the skins. The wine then ages for 10 months in French oak barriques before being bottled. It has an intense ruby red color. On the nose it opens with a complex bouquet, with hints of cherry in the foreground, followed by deep mineral notes in the background. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, pleasantly savoury, with well-integrated tannins that lead to a persistent finish in which the fruity notes return. Perfect to accompany noble poultry and roast meats, it is ideal in combination with game and mature cheeses.
Rosso di Montalcino DOC “Campo ai Sassi” - Frescobaldi
The village of Castelgiocondo dominates the historic Frescobaldi estate in Montalcino from above, an ancient fortress built in 1100 to defend the road that led from the sea to Siena. A historic place, it is in fact one of the first four properties where the production of Brunello di Montalcino began in 1800. The estate is located in an ideal terroir for Sangiovese and for the great wines that are produced here: the vineyards are located at altitudes between 300 and 400 meters, the well-drained soils have a sunny and favorable south-west exposure. In the vineyard, obsessive care, high density and low yields allow the production of a great Brunello, with elegant texture and admirable longevity. Campo ai Sassi is a Rosso di Montalcino that presents the same characteristics as its older brother but in a more youthful and casual version. In fact, it is produced from the same grape variety, Sangiovese, coming from vineyards located on very deep soils which lead to fragrant and elegant wines, but less tannic than Brunello.
Pinot Nero di San Michele Appiano is a red wine with a beautiful progression and refined aromas. On the nose, there are compelling notes of blackberry, blueberry and raspberry. On the palate it is generous, with fruity but also spicy returns, fresh and with fine tannins.
Grape varieties: Sangiovese 70%, Merlot 30% Soils: layers of limestone topped by clay, sand and fossils, three hundred meters above sea level. Vinification: after destemming, the whole grapes are kept in steel at a controlled temperature (3 degrees) for a week. This cold pre-fermentation maceration allows us to best extract color and aromas. This is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (23/25 degrees) and a subsequent passage in French oak wood for approximately two months. The label represents love in its highest sense: care. The illness changed the balance of the couple forever; if it had been Cipriana who saved Nazzareno many years before, now it was him who saved her every day and who also remembered for her every moment spent together. It is a deep, rooted affection that is not afraid to say goodbye.
