The gastronomic offer of 320 Celsius essentially consists of three elements: tradition, innovation and passion. The tradition of taste starts from the enhancement of Italian and local products of excellence. The innovation of new doughs with special stone-ground flours, wholemeal flours with seven cereals (oats, rye, spelled, buckwheat, barley, quinoa and millet) which give an excellent flavor, the richness of fibers, proteins and folic acid. The iodized salt chosen does not disperse iodine at high temperatures. The natural yeast, combined with the very slow leavening, allows our doughs to be highly digestible. 100% Italian seed, 100% Italian territory, 50% less salt. The passion of our team brings together all these elements making our pizzas unsurpassed.
