It is the rosé, obtained from a soft pressing of Ciliegiolo grapes. The nose is particularly intense, fruity and fragrant. Toscana IGT Maremmalta The land for the production of Vermentino Micante located in Casteani in the municipality of Gavorrano. Produced from Vermentino (90%) and Sauvignon (10%) grapes, from young vineyards of great quality. The freshly picked grapes are lightly pressed, the must obtained first undergoes a static clarification and, afterwards, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature between 15-18 degrees.
