Ichnusa Non Filtrata 5% vol is an unfiltered bottom-fermented beer, obtained with 100% pure barley malt. What makes this beer unique is precisely the absence of filtration, at the end of the process in fact it is left to decant naturally inside the vats.
Very bright light yellow color and fine, persistent foam. The citrus note of grapefruit prevails on the nose, followed by a floral note of orange blossom on a slightly caramelized background. The taste is fine, fresh and balanced in the slightly bitter note of the hops. 5% vol
Medium in alcohol and rather effervescent, it is a beer with a light body and a delicate taste: the fruity notes and hops are barely noticeable. After the first sip you can appreciate a light herbaceous aftertaste.
Two different types of malt are used (Lager and Munich) for its production and, once mixed and fermented, they are cooked in ovens. Finally, hops are added in perfect quantity to guarantee the right sweet-bitter balance that characterizes the unique taste of Tennent's. Everything is boiled and centrifuged at high temperature in order to eliminate any solid element and then finally the yeast is added which transforms the sugar into alcohol.
Birra Nastro Azzurro Peroni is the Italian pilsner. It was created using local corn selected with the Bergamo Maize Research Unit in the 1960s. The name of this beer comes from the recognition given to the Italian ship Rex for the record of crossing the Atlantic Ocean in the shortest possible time. With an unmistakable flavor and a strong hop aroma, it is a very refreshing beer.

Menabrea Rossa is a bottom-fermented red double malt beer with an abundant and persistent foam. It is characterized by a sweet aroma of toasted malt and brown sugar supported by a structured body.
Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0 preserves the characteristic traits of the original Peroni Nastro Azzurro: the presence of local corn, 100% Made in Italy excellence grown exclusively for Peroni and the use of finely aromatic hops help to preserve the taste of the most popular Italian premium world. Thanks to the dealcoholization process, Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0 is made with the same ingredients and the same recipe as the original Peroni Nastro Azzurro, including the same bottom-fermenting Lager yeast, which is combined with a quarter of Italian corn and three quarters of spring barley two rows. Only after the characteristic aroma and taste profile of Peroni Nastro Azzurro are fully developed, the alcohol is delicately removed to offer the same taste experience as the original Peroni Nastro Azzurro: a unique Italian, dry and refreshing taste with complete absence of alcohol.
Raffo Ricetta Originale was born in Taranto in 1919. Enriched WITH PUGLIA BARLEY, it is a lager with a soft body and a very refreshing dry taste, with just a hint of bitterness in the finish. It is produced today as then with the same recipe and the same pride.
