Cacciagalli. Originating in Campania, Falanghina grape variety, spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 12 hours in concrete vats, aged in the same containers (glass/bottle).
Nadia Curto. Originating in Piedmont, Nebbiolo/Barbera grape variety, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, blended in summer and aged for two years in the same containers (glass/bottle).
