The Ribolla Gialla Brut Xala di Astoria comes from the vineyards of some of the areas with the highest wine-growing vocation in Friuli Venezia Giulia. It is made from only Ribolla Gialla grapes harvested by hand towards the end of September. After soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. The wine rests on the "noble lees" for 2-3 months and is then sent to ferment in an autoclave for 25-30 days, followed by a brief refinement on the yeasts. It is characterized by an intense straw yellow color and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it highlights clear and elegant fruity sensations that combine with fresh citrus aromas. On the palate it is composed and citrine, with a soft and aromatic finish. Excellent to serve as an aperitif, it goes particularly well with fish and seafood first courses.

Petrus Boonekamp takes its name from the great Dutch liqueurist who made this bitter, for the first time, in 1777; there are numerous herbs that enter the composition of this bitter, among which galangal, a perennial herb native to India and China, plays a fundamental role. Intense mahogany color, on the nose there are multiple herbaceous and floral aromas, dried rose, cherry in alcohol and cocoa bean. On the palate it is decidedly bitter, balanced and soft, with a finish on notes of gentian, rhubarb and a delicate hint of ginger.
It is inspired by the old Amaro Bonaventura of the last century, in which flowers are the founding element. If Prime Uve Bianche is the expression of the vine from which it comes, with “Herbs and flowers” also the fragrant garden joins the vineyard.
