Grapefruit American Ipa - Can 33 cl 5,8° When hops aren't enough, here's fruit! Very fresh American Ipa (West Coast style), golden and fragrant. Cryo Pop, Motueka and Mosaic hop mixes are used in synergy with a generous amount of pink grapefruit. On the nose, the notes of yellow-fleshed fruit (especially peach and papaya) immediately take over, followed by the citrus notes of grapefruit. In the mouth, the attack is bitter, but not very persistent. A touch of sweetness soon intervenes to balance the drink. The gustatory sensations turn out to be opposite to the olfactory ones: grapefruit dominates the scene, followed by yellow pulp fruit. The drink is fragrant and crispy. It flows quickly between sips. The freshness of the citrus makes it super refreshing!
Guillotine - DDH Kveik IPA 7.2% Always experiment. Norwegian yeast plus new world hops: here is northern Europe. Scary hazy. Sabro cryo, Sorachi Ace and CENTENNIAL CRYo. In the mouth it is delicate also thanks to the use of oats, the bitterness is round and not sharp. The torture is that ending it is easy.

"Unconventional and hybrid Tripel", born from the fermentation of two strains of Belgian yeasts, with a golden color, a nose that has spicy and fruity notes, from pepper and coriander to citrus peels. Sweet and malty attack and "easy" drink due to the dryness of the body and the refreshing spiciness which, thanks also to the very light bitterness and the well-masked alcohol content, starts to make your head "swirl". Apparently classic style, reinterpreted in pure Boia style.

Martini Dry (Gin, Dry Vermut, Scorzetta di limone)
The mystery of Martini concerns its origin: there are many theories, but, in fact, exactly nothing is known! What is certain is that it appeared towards the end of the 19th century and that contrary to what James Bond maintains, the Martini must be stirred and not shaken.
In 1972 the Rolling Stones threw a party for the opening of the tour, when Mick Jagger asked the barman for a Margarita, he asked him if he had tried his Tequila Sunrise yet. The group was so impressed that they dubbed the tour the "Cocaine & Tequila Sunrise Tour".
Long Island (Vodka, White Rum, Contreau, Gin, Sweet and Sour, Coke)
Long Island (Vodka, Rum bianco, Contreau, Gin, Sweet e sour, Coca cola)
Legend has it that the tea was invented in the 1930s during prohibition: by mixing more spirits and adding a splash of Coca-Cola, the drink would have seemed, in the eyes of the police, an innocent iced tea!
the Margarita is Mexico's national cocktail. Its diffusion and fame go beyond all borders, so much so that February 22nd is celebrated in the USA and all over the world with "National Margarita Day", almost as if it were a historical figure or an event to be commemorated. It was Kerouac's favorite cocktail!
The cocktail was born in the 1970s, in the USA, as a dedication to Marlon Brando and his 1972 interpretation of "Il Padrino" (The Godfather): It would have been the actor's favorite and the presence of a typically Italian liqueur would have decreed the final decision on the name.
The story goes that it was invented in Paris in 1919, in Harry's Bar, by Harry MacElhone. He prepared it for a woman in a white dress who entered the bar and fell ill: he mixed these three ingredients and the woman recovered after a moment. The name White Lady was born from this story.
The Manhattan is one of the most famous whiskey based cocktails, served as an aperitif. It is said that the inventor was a barman of the Manhattan Club in New York, who would have prepared it for the first time in 1874.
The Spritz is an aperitif that was born in Veneto in the 1800s: the soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian empire considered Veneto wine too alcoholic, and asked the innkeepers to dilute it with a drop of sparkling water. In Austrian spritzen means "to sprinkle": this is where the Spritz comes from!
Hugo Spritz (Prosecco, Sciroppo di fiori di sambuco, soda)
The Hugo cocktail was created by Roland Gruber, a well-known bartender who in South Tyrol decided to flavor Prosecco with mint leaves and lemon balm syrup.
It is said that the Hugo Saint Germain was the cocktail drunk by the famous writer Victor Hugo. It is the blend between prosecco and French liqueur. The result is a refreshing and particularly pleasant cocktail.
On the origins of the cocktails there are often the most disparate hypotheses, for the American we point out the one that sees it born in homage to Primo Carnera, the first Italian to conquer the boxing world title. Carnera was precisely called "the American" for his successes in the USA.
1941 Two desperate entrepreneurs sat at a table in a New York bar: John G. Martin was unable to distribute Smirnoff vodka in the USA, and Jack Morgan was trying to launch his brand of Ginger Beer without success. The two came up with an idea: to combine the two ingredients together with the addition of a little lime, here is the cocktail which, with that pinch of sour, "kicks like a mule" in the throat.
Mojito (Rum bianco, Lime, Menta, Zucchero di Canna, Acqua frizzante)

Gin Tonic, which is commonly called G&T, is the symbolic cocktail of England. It dates back to the colonial era, when British soldiers consumed Indian Tonic Water, containing the therapeutic quinine, to defend themselves against heat and tropical diseases such as malaria. To make consumption more pleasant, and to dampen the bitter taste, the soldiers combined tonic water with their main distillate, gin, transported by ship to all the colonies. Thus was born the Gin Tonic: aperitif par excellence in the Anglo-Saxon world and famous throughout the world.
Piña colada (Rum bianco, succo di ananas, latte di cocco)
The history of the Piña colada has multiple versions, the oldest dating back to the 1800s, when the Puerto Rican pirate Roberto Cofresì created a cocktail based on white rum and pineapple to raise the morale of his men. It was the first Piña colada, whose recipe was lost with the death of Cofresì, in 1825. The most credible story is instead that according to which the Piña colada was invented on August 15, 1954 at the Beachcombe bar of the Hilton Caribe in San Juan, in Puerto Rico. Its creator, Ramon "Monchito" Marrero, had to create, at the request of the hotel manager, a cocktail that would satisfy the refined palates of his customers; Monchito accepted the challenge and, after three months of trials, obtained what is now known as a Piña colada. The cocktail gained worldwide fame after 1978, when Rupert Holmes wrote the song "Escape", known as "the song of the Piña colada".
The word Tiki comes from Polynesian. Tiki culture was a phenomenon that influenced the entire United States from the 1930s up to the 1970s. In those years there was a boom in Polynesian-themed clubs and restaurants, furnished with jungles and artificial elements. The spread of Tiki cocktails began immediately after the period of Prohibition and the Great Depression, with the opening, in 1931, of Don the Beachcomber, the first Polynesian-themed bar-restaurant in Hollywood by Ernest Raymond Beaumont Gantt, considered the father of tiki culture. Together with Donn, the premises of Trader Vic (Victor J. Bergeron), another great exponent of the movement, also gave a strong boost to its diffusion after the Second World War. The two were authors of numerous cocktails, of which the most legendary are the Zombie (by Donn Beach) and the Mai Tai (by Trader Vic). The fortune of the tiki, after more than 25 years of boom, began to decline in the seventies, to return to prominence from the early years of the new century.
