Amazing taste, balanced and enveloping, silky and moderately savory, with a strong acid support and very long persistence. With raw and steamed white fish and shellfish, with a slice of tuna with sesame.
Chablis Grand Regnard is a very fine and elegant white wine from Burgundy, obtained from a rigorous selection of Chardonnay grapes. On the nose it expresses intense fruity and floral notes, such as rennet apple and apricot, followed by herbaceous and mineral tones. On the palate it is savory, full, harmonious and very long.
The color is straw yellow, its bouquet unfolds on pleasant notes of pear, honey and cinnamon. On the palate it is graceful, fresh and pleasantly mineral. It is excellent paired with fish and shellfish preparations.
