(4.5% vol) This Special Craft Beer is an unfiltered, craft lager, refermented in the bottle, produced in Italy. It is a limited edition beer and each bottle is numbered. Blond and veiled in color, it has a persistent and compact foam, it goes well with crudités, white and grilled meats, delicious with pizza, focaccia and schiacciata.
(6.3% vol) A triumph of American hops, for a beer that will hardly remain in the glass for more than a few seconds. A beer with a deep and veiled golden color, fine-grained foam, very persistent. The aroma is characterized by citrus, herbaceous and resinous notes of freshly harvested hops. Mastri Birrai Umbri's Cacao Porter is created according to the recipe of this famous Anglo-Saxon style. It is produced with special toasted and roasted malts, high fermentation yeast and the best cocoa beans. The color is mahogany with brown reflections, the hazelnut colored foam is fine and persistent. The aroma is complex, with notes of dark chocolate, cocoa and licorice. The taste is sweet and sweet, characterized by cocoa and roasted malts.
