The Amaro '' Vaca Mora '' Jacopo Poli owes its name to the steam train that passed in the Schiavon station, adjacent to the tavern where the Poli Distillery was later built. Bitter liqueur with natural infusion of plants, herbs and flowers with digestive properties. Its aroma is reminiscent of a wooden box filled with medicinal herbs and mint leaves.
A "dry" grappa, even if harmonic, always tends to present itself on the palate with tones that are at the limits of pungency, offering clear, almost angular sensations. It transmits the typical varietal aromas of the grape from which the pomace is derived, in this case Merlot.
The nose is rich in fragrant scents reminiscent of dried flowers, hay, broom and juniper. When tasted it is characterized by a soft, fine and velvety taste.
Produced with pomace of gewürztraminer grapes, the taste is full, decisive and persistent. It lets you perceive aromas and hints of resin and balsamic herbs on the palate, accompanied by a pleasant spiciness of pepper.

It was born from the idea of Maurizio Cattelan and his love for this all-Italian distillate. Fresh, versatile and irreverent like its creator; it is obtained from the slow and delicate discontinuous distillation of noble Italian red berried pomace. The nose is very intense and pleasantly complex, with hints of marc that leave room for elegant fruity and floral notes. The mouth is fresh and pleasant, with fruity notes of delicate persistence.
On the nose it proves to have pleasantly herbaceous aromas, reminiscent of freshly cut grass, and hints of mint, rose, geranium and violet, which combine with a vinous aroma. On the palate it is full of character and robust. In the Venetian dialect the term "sarpa" means "marc", which is the raw material used to make grappa. It is produced with merlot and cabernet pomace from the area that goes from Bassano del Grappa to the hills of Marostica and Breganze
It comes from the pomace of Merlot and Cabernet grapes, and is distilled by hand in small batches, using steam-heated discontinuous copper stills. It has olfactory scents reminiscent of exotic fruit, cedar, licorice and vanilla. When tasted it proves complex, enveloping and articulated.
The Prosecco pomace is combined with a blend of Grappa di Prosecco, and then distilled with a vacuum bain-marie alembic still to keep the primary aromas intact. Then we proceed with the aging phase, in which the Grappa is left to rest for at least two years in French oak barrels and another two in barrels that contained Sherry PX.
Obtained from the pomace of red grape varieties typical of the Schiavon area and aged with the Solera method. La Solera di Famiglia was established starting from 2001, setting aside every year, until 2014, 7 barriques of Grappa and thus bringing the number of barriques dedicated to this distillate to 98. The nose is expressed with notes of toasted wood, hints of vanilla and cocoa and hints of coffee. On the palate it is powerful and of excellent persistence.
From the pomace of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes comes the Grappa Elevata in Legno "Barili di Sassicaia" by Jacopo Poli. As the name itself suggests, it is left to age in oak barrels, where Sassicaia, one of the best known and most prestigious Italian wines in the world, was previously matured. On the nose an elegant and harmonious olfactory bouquet, in which hints of wood and vanilla meet, then again memories of cocoa, coffee and licorice. The drink is complex, rich and structured, harmonious and majestic in the finish.
The Grappa "La Premiere" by Jacopo Poli is a unique distillate of extreme elegance and character suitable for special occasions. Produced with pomace of the most renowned Chateau Premier Grand Cru of Pauillac in France, steam distilled and elevated for 8 years in 225 liter barriques. The color is golden with luminous reflections, reminiscent of liquid amber and the aromas released are intense, notes of red fruit, honey, chamomile, marzipan and vanilla emerge. The sip is warm, decisive, complex, refined and with a long and persistent finish.
The complete maturity of Grappa OF Amarone Barrique is achieved through careful aging in small French oak barrels in which a gradual and harmonious evolution of its inimitable and unmistakable character takes place.
On the nose the aromas are of juniper and licorice root, with nuances of spices. On the palate it is a soft, balanced gin, with a slightly spicy and harmonious taste.
The Tanqueray 10 on the nose reflects the abundance of fresh citrus, but the juniper still has a strong note. Lime has the most persistent aroma. Also on the palate the lime, together with angelica and juniper which make the taste spicy and earthy, makes way for the other flavors. Chamomile emerges harmonizing with the spicy notes. A sweet and citrus note enriches the taste. the finish is long and spicy.
Mix between the bitter and the sweet citrus of orange which makes it complex and delicate at the same time. On the palate the explosion of orange blossoms is striking, accompanied in the finish by a delicate note of juniper.
A distinctly citrusy gin. In fact, on the nose it is definitely the refreshing notes of lemon that prevail, but also on the palate it is the lemon that releases in the mouth first of all, with all its freshness. The flavors of the other botanicals follow, with the driest notes of juniper and the more spicy ones.
AmaGin represents the successful combination between the love for wine and the passion for gin, thanks to the infusion of grapes from the vinification process of the prestigious Amarone wine and the addition of drops of the wine after distillation, which gives the distilled the elegant pink color.
Gin produced by the Gabriel Boudier distillery in Dijon, France. Coppery in color, due to the infusion of saffron after distillation, Saffron gives great satisfaction when approached to the nose. Here, in fact, an intense and complex distillate is discovered, with strong characteristic notes of saffron that blend well with those deriving from other botanicals. In the mouth it is soft, almost sweet, and very spicy.
Xibal Gin is the first gin produced in Guatemala and inspired by Mayan mythology. It combines the fundamentals of gin with botanicals characteristic of Central America to create a fusion of pre-Columbian civilization and today's Guatemalan culture. Predominant notes of juniper and cardamom on the nose immersed in balsamic hints. Rich and complex taste, it winds through balsamic, spicy scents, with a sweet finish.
The Gin "Marconi 42 Gin Mediterranean Style" of the Poli Distillery is a clean and fragrant distillate, the nose reveals intense and herbaceous aromas, with pleasant notes of aromatic herbs in the background. Fresh, light and tasty, on the palate it offers persistent hints of juniper, rosemary and mint.
Gin Marconi 46 from the Jacopo Poli distillery is hand-distilled and is obtained from an infusion of juniper berries, muscat grapes, mountain pine, Swiss stone pine, mint, cardamom and coriander, inspired by the Asiago plateau.
Sasanokawa Shuzo's Yamazakura Blended Whiskey, made from a blend of corn (80%) and barley malt (20%), is aged for at least 16 years in ex-bourbon barrels. The nose is intense, with notes of citrus, coconut, vanilla, toast and licorice. On the palate it is soft, silky, with a long and spicy finish.
