WHOLE FLOUR is a unique and healthy flour that is obtained thanks to a patented natural process, Faithful Processing. Wholemeal Flour, despite being white, has all the advantages of wholemeal flour, even superior ones, without having the irritating effects of insoluble fibre, which represents the lignin part of the grain and gives the dark color to wholemeal products. Wholemeal Flour, having a bioavailability of soluble fiber approximately 30% higher than a traditional wholemeal flour, is a white flour, but with a reduced glycemic impact. The taste of baked products made with this flour is excellent, even showing a superior palatability to preparations made with traditional white flours. Products made with Whole Flour are LIGHT, DIGESTIBLE AND VERY TASTY.
